Meran Technology has been designing and building automation and
process equipment since 1989. Most of our products have been
focused on the memory disk manufacturing sector. Along the way we
have also produced machines for biotechnology and fiber optic firms.

Meran Technology was founded by Jerry Herrick. Mr. Herrick
graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Industrial
Engineering and later earned an MBA. He has more than 30 years
experience in the design and manufacture of complex mechanical and
electronic systems.

Meran Technology has broad capabilities in both electrical,
mechanical and software engineering. We have the tools to design
and build prototype printed circuit boards as well as complex
mechanical systems in record time. Software projects have ranged
from embedded system design to total systems control.
